To join our reservation list, an approved application and a $200 non-refundable reservation fee are required. This secures your priority placement for upcoming litters.

Once a puppy becomes available that matches your preferences, an additional $800 non-refundable deposit is required to place a final hold on the puppy. All deposits will be applied toward the puppy’s purchase price.

All puppies are sold as pet companions only and require a spay/neuter agreement. Our sires and dams are AKC registered and carefully selected for health, temperament, and quality.

Heaven Sent Toy Yorkies reserves the right to approve or decline applications and refuse service at our discretion to protect the well-being of our puppies and families.
