Our Reservation Process
Due to the amount of inquiries we are now accepting families to join our reservation list!
We feel this process will be the best to reserve a puppy from our program. By sending a deposit prior to the arrival of our upcoming litters It tells us you are serious and ready for a new puppy commitment. The reservation list will require an approved application and a $200 non refundable reservation fee. This fee will be applied to the price of the puppy of your choice however if you choose to leave the reservation list this fee is non-refundable nor transferable, so be sure you are willing to wait for your perfect puppy before sending us any funds.
You may also choose to wait and see if a pup is not reserved off our reservation list however all picks will be given to those who have joined the reservation list first.
All puppies are sold as pet home only. No registraion is given, although we guarantee our puppies authenticy. Our Dams & Sirs are AKC.
If you are interested in joining our reservation list please fill out our application, don't forget to include your phone number or you may not be contacted as our emails sometimes end up in spam or junk mail.
*How Does The Reservation List Work?*
After you have cleared the application process and have sent your reservation fee of $200 you will be added to our reservation list. When we have a litter we will reach out to those on the list when it is time to start reserving the puppies. If you have indicated a specific pairing, or gender and one is not available from that litter we will still reach out as we know sometimes your preferences can change. Timing of your pick may vary depending on how the puppies are doing. As the breeder, we reserve the right to first picks of each litter. We need to secure future parents so we can improve the breed and continue to deliver high quality puppies to you! Once my picks are in the remaining pups will be released to our reservation list. All families that have reservation fees in place will be contacted in chronological order from the date and time their reservation fee was received. You may choose to pick from the available puppies or wait for the next litter. Once you have "skipped" your turn I will continue down the list until the current litter is reserved. Once a new litter arrives I will start again from the top and work my way down the list.
Once you have picked your puppy the reservation fee you have already sent in will be applied to the deposit due which will require you to send in the additional $800 to reserve your puppy. Once a puppy is reserved with your total deposit that fee becomes non-refundable.
The timing of litters is uncontrolled, as well as a successful pregnancy as we are a small program. Available litters may also not have the color, gender, size you are waiting for. These are all things out of our control. We will contact you (in order of reservation fee paid) with available puppies you may choose to defer your choice to a future litter however we have decided we should put a cap on how long you can continue to defer your choice. We do not want to continue to call a buyer with an available puppy over and over for years so we figure the only fair way to do this is to allow deferrals up to one year. If the buyer continues to defer on available puppies within their preferences after one year from initial deposit buyers reservation fee will be forfeited and we will no longer contact said buyer regarding available puppies. We do understand that if specific preference puppies were not available to you during the allotted year, we will refund the $200 holding fee.
