Our Reservation Process

Due to the high volume of inquiries we are now accepting families to join our reservation list We believe this process is the best way to reserve a puppy from our program 

Joining the reservation list requires submitting an approved application along with a $200 non-refundable reservation fee This deposit is sent prior to the arrival of our upcoming litters and lets us know you are serious and prepared for the commitment of welcoming a new puppy into your home 

The reservation fee will be applied toward the total price of the puppy you select Please note that if you choose to leave the reservation list for any reason, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, so we kindly ask that you be certain you are ready to wait for your perfect puppy before submitting any funds

You may also choose to wait and see if a puppy becomes available outside of our reservation list however all puppy selections are offered first to families who have joined the reservation list

All puppies are sold as pet homes only No registration is provided however we guarantee the authenticity of our puppies. Our dams and sires are AKC registered 

All of our puppies are vet-checked and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations before going to their new forever pet homes. A spay/neuter contract is required for all pet puppies and any available adult will be spayed or neutered prior to placement in their new forever home 

For families with a tighter Yorkie budget  we encourage you to check with us about possible retirements. We believe anyone who truly loves Yorkies deserves a Heaven-Sent Toy Yorkie

If you are interested in joining our reservation list please complete our application and be sure to include your phone number Occasionally emails may go to spam or junk folders, and without a phone number we may be unable to contact you.

How Does the Reservation List Work?

Once your application has been approved and your $200 non-refundable reservation fee has been received you will be added to our reservation list

When a litter arrives and puppies are ready to be reserved we will begin contacting families on the reservation list All families are contacted in chronological order based on the date and time the reservation fee was received 

If you have indicated a specific pairing, gender, or preference and it is not available in that litter we will still reach out—preferences can change and we want to give you the opportunity to decide 

Timing of puppy selection may vary depending on how the puppies are developing As the breeder we reserve the right to first picks of each litter in order to secure future parents, improve the breed and continue producing high-quality puppies Once breeder selections are made remaining puppies will be offered to families on the reservation list

Families may choose to

Select from the available puppies or Defer their choice to a future litter

If you choose to skip your turn we will continue down the list until the current litter is fully reserved. When a new litter arrives we will start again from the top of the reservation list
